Order and Delivery Policies

Customer Service is available Monday thru Friday 8am-4pm.

To place an order call 1-800-287-6586. Orders placed by 2pm are ready for shipment by the following morning. Orders placed by 3pm will be available for pickup by our customers on the following morning.

We recommend that no orders be left on voice mail so we may personally confirm deliveries.

Minimum orders are $250.00. Ordering in large volume enables us to receive optimum pricing, which we pass onto our Customers. Higher minimums may be required in distant areas, please consult your service representative.

Currently a $3.50 delivery surcharge is assessed to deliveries to off set the increased cost of fuel. As a courtesy to our customers accommodating drop shipments, this fee will be charged to the drop shipment customers.

* Special order items are subject to pricing and availability. Once confirmed the product is billed and shipped. No Returns are available on these items. A purchase order or written agreement may be required.

New accounts are required to fill out our Prospective Account Information Sheet so that we have the proper contact names, addresses and phone numbers. For customers wishing to establish open account terms, our credit search takes approximately 2-3 weeks. The credit manager has the authority to extend or limit credit.
